Premium Services Include

Polling - In addition to the standard monitoring services, subscribers have the option to conduct one five-minute telephone poll of 400 local residents two times per year. Wide Angle will work with hospital staff to determine questions and messages, and will provide both topline data and detailed reports.

Consulting - Wide Angle Communications is the premiere health care marketing and communications consulting firm in the state, having worked with a vast array of hospitals, medical groups and statewide health care associations. With the Consulting option, the two principals of Wide Angle will provide two hours of telephone consultation per month on issues that arise from the monitoring service, or issues that arise internally but are related to the hospital's reputation. Wide Angle's principals will assist in the identification of potential crisis flash points and provide advice, direction and recommendations. In addition, we will be available to RMS Consulting clients for additional, extended consultation on reputation management issues at a reduced hourly rate.
